Ultimate Mechanics Kit

The Ultimate Mechanics Kit comprises the Ultimate Base unit which provides the solar charging mechanism and storage in the non toxic nichel metal hydride batteries.  The heads are supplied to fit onto the base unit:

• The 7 LED torch head which provides a a superbright general light
• The extra long  patented flex head with 10 superbright LEDs mounted on the end for shining a light into difficult to get at places
• The patented mirror inspection light attachment which has a super bright LED bulb mounted on a mirror which is in turn mounted on a flexible neck to see the back of hard to reach objects.

Charging guidelines:

• 8 hours = 80% charge; 16 Hours = 100%.
• Keeps 75% of its charge after 12 months, slow self discharge rate of 2% per month.
• See individual attachments for details of the length of time the base will provide a charge

• Made with high quality recycled stainless steel
• High performance, high efficiency solar panels. The solar panel output is 62.5mA @ 4.5V, 0.28W.
• Two nickel metal hydride batteries are included in the base. They are rechargeable over 1,000 times and can be replaced and recycled. ( 2 x AA Ni-Mh, 1.2V 2400mAh each)
